At Veda we stand behind the quality of our products.We shall gladly accept exchanges of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. and provide a full refund for the cost of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.
*Refunds will be done within 30 days in the following case :
1. In case a wrong product has been shipped.
2. Genuine defect or wrong colour shipped.
3. Genuine size issue (wrong size shipped) than what was mentioned, only for unused garments. please refer the sizechart
No refunds will be given in the following cases :
1. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
2. Incorrect address or PO Box address wrongly quoted
3. Package refused by recipient
4. After 3 failed delivery attempts by shipping agency
5. In case of minor design,weaving and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation.A so called defect is considered to be a effect in handmade products.Incase of patch work diaries all products are different from each other.patch works will vary and so would the colour.but the concept and the size would remain the same.these limitations are to be taken in to account since artisans make use of fabrics that are available.thus patchwork diaries would vary from the one shown in the picture.
